The escrow officer was friendly, efficient, and timely. I finally purchased recently with great assistance from Sharon. She has been there every step of the way patiently educating and staying in touch to answer all of my many detailed questions regarding all the various "over 55" active adult retirement communities. There are many, each with their pros and cons. Originally discovered her via a Google search, her website was/is very comprehensive showing comparisons amongst those many "over 55" communities. Being tech-savvy is important in this competitive, constantly changing real estate environment and the site helped a lot before we initially communicated. Sharon is on time, always follows up and has many great networking connections should one be needed (e.g. inspectors, handy folks, mortgages, etc). Though I purchased a new construction home Sharon has been with me every step of the way providing great advise both functionally and support-wise. There are a lot of moving parts in life affecting such a large transaction as a home purchase and having an understanding professional like Sharon is a great asset. It's great to have a well grounded, knowledgeable realtor like her who has been through new build construction a bunch of times. She has even provided me guidance and tips regarding selling my current home despite me having a local realtor in my current city before I actually relocate to her home state. And she has offered to help with finding temporary housing for me as I await my closing date in the new city. Though she's very busy (because she's so good) I never have problems reaching her within a short amount of time. Though we first know each other professionally, because of her great demeanor and kind qualities we have also become friends.
