Five stars are not enough to acknowledge what a great real-estate agent Sharon is. We used her for both buying and selling, the outcome for both resulted in a smooth transition. Sharon is an outstanding realtor and a great person. She is highly ethical and very compassionate. From the first phone call to her, until closing, she was expediently responsive to all my concerns. She worked thru every issue until resolved, without hesitation. A few problems arose from our lender, solar company, and escrow, but Sharon consistently worked through them all. She offered great advice and provided all facts for a complete and smooth process. She is 100% committed and dedicated to each client. For anyone selling or buying a house in a 55+ retirement community. We just sold ours after 6 months listed. Originally it was listed too high and we didn't get anyone to even look. After getting Sharon Rowlson from Home Smart, and listing at a price she felt would do better we started having lookers. After instigating some of her ideas we got even more lookers. Sharon is someone you "can count on" especially if you're already gone from the area. We're in another state & when something came up it was Sharon who took care of it. I don't know what we would have done without her. She works well with people and goes out of her way to make you happy with her performance. An AWESOME realtor.......give her a try. We did and soooo glad we did!!! SB

Sharon is an amazing realtor. She helped us find and buy our retirement home in the Phoenix West Valley area. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods, trends and statistics is extensive, as is her familiarity with the paperwork end of the transaction. I am a very picky buyer since I am an attorney and have a lot of knowledge about these type of transactions myself. Best of all, she is a wonderful and caring person who is just fun to work with!
