PebbleCreek Real Estate Market Update

A record 34 new listings in February brought very high inventory in PebbleCreek. The community had 7.60 months of home inventory on the market.  The good news is those homes sold, and as a result, March was tops for home closings in PebbleCreek, with 30 homes sold. However, April was the 2nd biggest month for closings in Pebblecreek. The month boasted the second highest with 27 homes sold. The community is now back to just under 3 months of inventory at 2.89. Average price changes for homes on the market were at a yearly low in April at -5.03. There are currently 88 homes for sale in PebbleCreek, with 17 pending. Homes are selling for 97.4% of the asking price, with average days on market at 87 days. With low inventory, and homes selling, it’s still a very active market- PebbleCreek is in a seller’s market.
