This place is great! Highly recommend.

We have been residents since 2004. Our experience living in Arizona Traditions has been nothing less than amazing. This community is gated and guarded and is safe with caring, wonderful neighbors. Activities abound and there are always special events offered throughout the year. Never at a loss for something to do ranging from a host of clubs to a top rate wood shop and exercise facility.

We lived here for over 17 years. This is a gated community with 24/7 security guards at the gate. The community offers an overwhelming number of activies and facilities to satisfy everyone’s expectations. Here is a small number of what one will find at AZT (Private Club Sports Bar, Softball Field, Tennis, Pickleball, Horseshoes, Bocce Ball, Woodshop, Pottery, Glass Art, Quilting, Pool Tables, Suffle Boards, 2-Exercise Rooms, 3-Swiming Pools, 2-Hot Tubs, 2-Sauna’s, Social Entertainment Shows and Dancing to Live Bands, Card and Board Game Groups, and a Beautiful Semi-private 18-hole Golf Course). One should never trust a bad review without seeing for themselves.

This is the worst, unfriendly neighborhood we’ve ever lived in. The HOA only makes certain people follow the rules but others can work on RV’s, park overnight permanently, not take care of their property, and management doesn’t respond to phone calls. I have 4 years of documentation to back this up.

I tell people all the time, you could literally die in the road and no one would care or help you. More unfriendly than the south side of Chicago!! The only positive is, we do love our home!!

Want to pay for an HOA that doesn’t do anything…..don’t move here. The Traditons is one of the most affordable communities with 55+ and takes care of the grounds. If you want to get drunk and make a scene at the recent center then this is not the place for you. If you want to have your car on blocks in the driveway then don’t move here. We have a golf course running through our community…….duh, yes we cater to golfing!

Arizona Traditions is a lovely Community. I moved here in June 2024. I have met so many nice people. The home construction is mediocre. Cheap construction and craftmanship. Have not met one homeowner that is pleased with the HOA management!

The HOA is a “Poster Child” for Draconian management. Rude buffoons’ on every committee. Just morons with no credentials the be on any board or committee. Landscaping is just awful. Trees and bushes are dying. The event center is outsourced for the convenience of the Baseball players. Most of which do not live in our community. Home owners are expected to bankroll maintenance of the field with no benefit. Landscape committee Potentate says they don’t plant trees for homeowners.

Christina at the office is a lovely lady and the only bright spot when dealing with HOA employees.

If you decide to move here it is a lovely property but you will be required to submit to HOA management morons who will smite you if you do not do exactly as they say.

The HOA board is on a power trip. You can no longer bring a insulted water container into the community center. Want to exercise? Well don’t plan on that here. These people just think everyone is a drunk and trying to sneak alcohol into THEIR BAR FOOTPRINT. Which includes the pools, lunch pavilion, library, excersing area in the ballroom and the front office and bar.

Don’t you dare bring in your water container or they’ll fine you and ban you from the facilities.

If you want a fire sale on homes this is the place.

We lived here for 12 years. The HOA board is combative and out of touch with what residents want and need.

HOA board gave a cut to Golf Course monthly HOA dues and raised Homeowner dues. Makes you wonder what is going on. They don’t own the golf course but obviously the golf course is friends with the board.

None pet friendly, draconian policies and very old and out dated facilities and amenities.

So many nicer communities around…it really impacts home values. Many residents are leaving. Good news there’s a few good buys on homes.

Old and out of touch community. Nothing is updated here. Much more bang for your buck elsewhere.
