Only 14 homes sold in PebbleCreek in August compared to 17 last August. That’s a -17.6% decrease. There are also 14 homes pending compared to 18 last August. A -22.2% decrease. The good news is more homes came into the market with 22 new listings. In August, there were 58 homes for sale in PebbleCreek, which is 3 less than last year at this time. The average days on the market in August was 125 days, and homes were selling for 95.3% of the asking price. The month’s inventory is low at 2.77 months. The shortage of available homes is affecting sales.

The pending graph below shows that 30% of the homes going under contract are priced below $258,000 or below. Another 30% priced at $376,000 to the $435,000 range.
