Sharon did an outstanding job for me while searching for the right home to purchase in the Trilogy at Vistancia. My successful experience using Sharon as my realtor can be attributed to the following: extensive knowledge of the housing market in the Phoenix metro area with data to back it up, personable relationship skills, negotiating skills and very patient.

Sharon is an incredible real estate agent! She is such a great partner - she communicates well, works hard and is thoughtful about what will help to make your home attractive. We had already moved and she helped organize repairs, cleaners and landscaping in addition to her great work showing the place. Sharon helped us secure a great outcome in a very short amount of time. I would recommend her to anyone!

Five stars are not enough to acknowledge what a great real-estate agent Sharon is. We used her for both buying and selling, the outcome for both resulted in a smooth transition. Without her knowledge of the real-estate business ,and her work ethic this wouldn't have been possible. But most of all Sharon is a kind and caring person, who we would highly recommend .

We interviewed more than one real estate agent to sell our home. It was obvious when Sharon Rowlson arrived for our first meeting that she was organized, knowledgeable, and truly interested in working with us. She also followed up within 24 hours of our initial meeting. Her honesty was appreciated throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Sharon! Rod & Karen Finkle

Sharon is an outstanding realtor and a great person. She is highly ethical and very compassionate. From the first phone call to her, until closing, she was expediently responsive to all my concerns. She worked thru every issue until resolved, without hesitation. A few problems arose from our lender, solar company, and escrow, but Sharon consistently worked through them all. She offered great advice and provided all facts for a complete and smooth process. She is 100% committed and dedicated to each client. I would definitely use her services again and highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed.

Sharon did an excellent job in the listing and sale of our home. She has "people skills", good communicator, a firm grasp of real estate market conditions, knows her market very well. Great at detail and follow-up. Sharon is our Arizona real estate broker!

Sharon Rowlson is by far the best home realtor I have ever used. She is so organized and knows everything you need to do to sell your home. Sharon made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend her highly to any seller.

Sharon Ralson went out of her way to keep all involved in the sale of the house, well informed throughout the process. Her experience enabled us to make informed decisions in preparing the house before going on the market. Sharon was extraordinarily timely and efficient in getting sending the documents required for signing through each stage of the sale, to expedite the timely closing of the house.

For anyone selling or buying a house in a 55+ retirement community. We just sold ours after 6 months listed. Originally it was listed too high and we didn't get anyone to even look. After getting Sharon Rowlson from Home Smart, and listing at a price she felt would do better we started having lookers. After instigating some of her ideas we got even more lookers. Sharon is someone you "can count on" especially if you're already gone from the area. We're in another state & when something came up it was Sharon who took care of it. I don't know what we would have done without her. She works well with people and goes out of her way to make you happy with her performance. An AWESOME realtor.......give her a try. We did and soooo glad we did!!! SB

Sharon is an amazing realtor. She helped us find and buy our retirement home in the Phoenix West Valley area. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods, trends and statistics is extensive, as is her familiarity with the paperwork end of the transaction. I am a very picky buyer since I am an attorney and have a lot of knowledge about these type of transactions myself. Best of all, she is a wonderful and caring person who is just fun to work with! You will be happy you used Sharon to handle your real estate transaction.
