Number of Sold Homes Surge in Sun City Grand
Wow, the number of homes sold in Sun City Grand was up a whopping 23% in the past 12 months (see graph below). That’s 73 more homes, 312 homes sold last year at this time compared to 385. Listings were up as well, 608 this year compared to 564 same time last year. That’s a 7.8% increase. The median list price jumped just over 2%, and the Median sale price a slight increase of less than 1%. Average days on the market are up. Inventory, compared to last year, is down just under 5 %.
Year to date, there have been no Sun City Grand condos sold on the MLS for under $101,000 and no single-family homes sold for under $165,000. The highest price condo sold for $175,000, and the highest-priced single-family home for $820,000. Notable sold home price range increases in the last year
$200k – $249k 32% increase
$750k – $850k 75% increase
In June, there were 22 homes sold in PebbleCreek. We saw the normal seasonal drop in new listings, with just 15 coming on the market. There are currently 64 homes for sale, with 12 pending.
