PEBBLECREEK REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE

Currently the real estate market in PebbleCreek is slanted towards a seller’s market.  There are more homes listed by sellers than normal due to the seller’s market.  Off season when the snowbirds are gone is usually slow for listings. Last August there were 36 active listing while this year in August there are 57.  There are 2.84 months of inventory which is low as 4.0 months of inventory is considered a balanced market between buyers and sellers.  The average price of a single family is $290,622.  Average days on market in August was 117 days with homes selling on average for 97.2% of asking price. Homes that are priced right are selling at or above asking price.  If inventory remains low 2016 snowbird season should be good for sellers with high buyer demand.

PebbleCreek Active Adult Retirement Community, located in Goodyear Arizona, is near the I-10 and 303 freeways for easy access to downtown Phoenix and the valley of the Sun.
