September Housing numbers in PebbleCreek
PebbleCreek Sees Big Drop in Pending and New Listings. Buyers can’t find homes. In September 16 homes sold and there were 56 homes on the market in PebbleCreek. Pending and new listings dropped. Compared to last year, in September, new listings were down -31.6% and pending listings down- 37%. Sold listings were down 20 % and active listing were down -10%. In September there was 3 months inventory. Homes sold for 97.37% of list price which is the same as last month.
