Sterling Grove Active Adult Floor Plans

Sterling Grove is an all-ages Toll Brothers master-planned community in Surprise, Arizona. It has active adult or retirement community sections for those 55+. Below are tables organized by active adult collections. They are Alexandria, Charlotte, Napa, and Providence. There are currently 21-floor plans ranging from 1,520 square feet to 2,922 square feet. As to be expected, all of the 55+ homes are one story. This is one of the newest communities in the Phoenix area's west valley. Most homes are new builds or spec homes with more and more resale as time goes on.

How to Find Homes for Sale by Marketing Name

To find homes for sale in Sterling Grove that match a floor plan you like, go to the Easy MLS Property Search page. First, click on ADD FIELD—type in MODEL or MARKETING name. Do not do both at the same time. You may also want to try each, as you may get different results. It’s a bit tricky, so if you need help, ask.
