Sun City Grand Market Report March 2018– Homes are selling in Sun City Grand. In fact, year to date, number of homes selling is up 25% this year compared to last year. Through February, 116 homes sold versus 93 at this time. Inventory was cut in half with 2.27 months of inventory compared to 4.65 months last February.

Homes sold for 95.9% of asking price with average days on market at 57 days. 57 homes sold in Sun City Grand during February. Of note, active listings were down sharply in February, with only 129 homes for sale compared to 211 same month last year. A 38.9% drop.

In March there are currently 146 homes for sale in Sun City Grand with 56 homes pending.
