Showing it’s age!! Don’t enforce rules!!
We have spent the last two months exploring Sun City Grand . The signs around the Adobe center are losing lettering. The grass areas at Adobe are worn and not maintained. Not what we expected. Most frustrating for us was the lack of rules enforcement. Cars and trucks parked on both sides of the street leaving room for only one vehicle to get through. Trucks parked in the common areas at several Villas. Families with kids renting houses in this supposed 55 plus community. Unaccompanied kids using the pools and tennis courts. Very sad and disappointing in this expensive development with rules that go unenforced. Buyers Beware!!
Dog park and lack of respect to those around the park.
This may seem like a small problem unless you play a part in the problem. First off, let me say the dog park should never have been built, and it is too late now. Now, I will tell you that all dogs bark, but the problem is not with the dogs; it is with their owners. They have no idea how annoying it is to be playing tennis or golf or just walking around the dog park because no one knows how to say shut up to their dogs. It seems that the board cannot hear because they will do nothing and they will say never heard of any of this. Install a knee wall between the two areas and it may keep some of the noise down, I know doing nothing is not working. I also know the owners could care less.

Great community, well above expectations. Friendly neighbors, lots to do, great landscaping, well managed. Couldn’t be happier.
Not as friendly as people say.
We’ve been here 2 months & although neighbors all around us are here for the summer, not one person has spoken to us.The homes are not very low maintenance either. You are responsible for roofs & landscaping.
Love living in Sun City Grand
We love living in Sun City Grand because our days are full of fun activities with interesting people. The championship golf, pickle ball and tennis challenge us physically and the many social clubs challenge our minds to learn new things and help us become more well rounded individuals. The quality recreation centers with beautiful resort style pools and common areas are nice also.
